Holiday Hours for Global Support Services
Recognizing the hard work and dedication of each employee this past year, the FrontRange executive team wants to give all employees the opportunity to spend more of the holidays with family and friends. However, we understand the need to provide quality service to our valued customers and partners, so a sufficient support staff will be available during this period.
FrontRange Solutions Support Services will operate with limited staffing from Monday, December 22, 2008 to Friday, January 2, 2009*. Regular staffing will resume on Monday, January 5, 2009. We will continue to offer after-hours pager support for down systems. During this time, you can log an incident for a non-urgent support request at http://support.frontrange.com or send an email to customer.support@frontrange.com.

*Please note these regional office closures:
- Americas: Closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
- United Kingdom: Closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
- Germany: Closing at Noon December 24; Closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
- South Africa: Closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
- Asia Pacific: Closed December 25, 26 and January 1.
- Russia: Closed January 1 through January 9.
